Password Reset and Account Recovery
Enter your email here and we'll send you a link to reset your password. We'll also send you a list of old accounts you may have for that email, showing your billing provider and subscription I.D. number.
It's possible to reset your password on an expired account, so you can reactivate it on the Join page.
Canceling Subscription
Canceling is done on the Billing Provider's site. Check your bank statement or use the tool above to find out who your provider is, and your Subscription I.D., then click the logo below.
Still can't find your Account?
Have you tried all your email addresses? If nothing shows up, the most common reason is an incorrect email address was entered when the account was created. Submit a Support Ticket and we'll help you locate your account.
Reactivating an old account
If you've had an account before, why not reactivate that one? Your list of Favourites will still be there, and you keep the same username, which is handy when you chat in the Forum. You just need to know your username and password. If you don't remember those, use the tool above to recover them.

If you have changed usernames, you may request for us to transfer your Favourites list. Just open a
Support Ticket and tell us your old, and new, usernames.
+ Video Sizes, Streaming and Downloading
Click the image to play the video. It will stream at the highest possible quality for your connection speed.
Use the Download links to save the video: right-click (on Mac, option-click) on the size you want and "save link as".
Clicking the links will attempt to stream the video. Depending on your connection speed, it might buffer, freeze or not play at all, because these links are not designed for streaming. There is no point trying to stream a 4K video on a portable device - use the SD or HD link. But clicking the image instead of the links will stream in HLS mode and you should get good quality with no issues.

Studio: Filmed in the IFM studio where conditions are perfect for ladies to relax and indulge themselves, while multiple camera angles and sensitive microphones capture every detail. + Tags - what they are, and how to use them
On the Search page you'll see a bunch of specialist categories, which you can use to filter your search and find the content you're most interested in. If you choose "Logical AND", it will filter on all selected tags at once. For example if you select Redheads, Curvy and Announcing, you will only find people who have all those tags. If you select "Logical OR", it will show you people who are Redheads, or curvy, or who announce their orgasm. Note that selected tags are logical "AND" with the selected Category, Attributes, Age, Nationality etc. If you're not finding what you're expecting, it's better to select "reset all fields" and start again.
+ Why is there some content missing?
Sometimes content is removed, due to contributor request or mandates set by the banks and billers. For more information, fill out a

+ Are there download limits? Can I use a download manager?
You can use a download manager of the type that requires you to enter links and queue them for download. They are also useful for picking up downloads that are cut off by a dropped connection. We can't offer support for download managers, you would need to seek that from the software vendor.
We allow fair use of the site. That means you can watch as many videos as you like, and download what you like to your computer. But if you're expecting to download the whole site or even a large part of it for the cost of a 1 month sub - forget it, your account will get frozen.

You are automatically enrolled in the Forum, but you need to log in separately from the main site, with the same username and password. If you find you can't enter the Forum please use the Help Form to let us know and we'll add you manually.
