IFM is easy to operate and the vast majority of users have no problems at all. The following is a summary of the Help related to difficulties some users experience the first time they use the site. If you are having problems, you will almost certainly fix it by reading the following. There is additional information on each topic elsewhere in the Help.

1. If you have an Apple device, you must have Private Browsing switched OFF. On portable devices like iPhones and iPads You will find this in Settings/Safari/Privacy. On a Mac you'll find it in the Safari menu of the browser. Or you can Google how to do it on your device.
2. Are you logged in with the correct username? If you are logged in with an expired username, you will not be able to view content. Most members are returning customers and a common issue is they are logging in using an old, expired account.

Use this to recover not only passwords, but also forgotten usernames, and to identify who is your Billing Provider so you can use the links below to maintain your account. You may need to check your Junk Mail folder for the email. You can also use this to change your password.

Cancelling rebills is done at the billing provider's website. Check your Welcome email, or your credit card statement for the name of your biller.

The final step in the process of cancelling your rebills is to receive an email, confirming the cancel. If you don't receive this email, you may not have finished the process so you should check your junk mail folder, visit the billing company's page to check they have your correct email address, and if none of that works, submit a support ticket. Remember, you are protected by our Easy Cancel Guarantee.

You may change some of your account details by visiting the website of your billing Provider. Which details can be changed depends on the provider. To identify your provider, check your Welcome email, your credit card statement, or if you know your subscription ID number:

Your Username is reserved for you even after your account expires. If you have an expired account you can retain your Favourites and Preferences, as well as your Username, by ticking the 'returning customer' box on the Join page (it is on the first or second page). You will be asked to enter your old username and password. If you don't remember these, use the Lost Password tool (on the Login screen) to have them emailed to you.

If you have changed usernames, you may request for us to transfer your Favourites list. Just open a Support Ticket and tell us your old, and new, usernames.

• Ifeelmyself is compatible with portable devices such as phones and tablets, on iOS and Android platforms. You must have Private Browsing switched OFF on your Apple device.

When you click an image anywhere on IFM, it will play the video in your browser, at the ighest quality your connection allows. The quality may change as you watch, depending on the speed of your connection.

When you click a video LINK anywhere on IFM, it will attempt to play the video. It may not be able to stream properly if your connection isn't fast enough for the size of the video you selected. The links are intended to be used for dowloading only, by right-clicking (or Mac equivalent) and "Save as...". You can then play it in the video player of your choice. We recommend VLC player which is free to download, and plays all popular formats.

The sizes of videos vary. Below is a guide to how they've changed over the years. Not all videos are available in all formats. From 2018, the minimum size is Full HD, except Restorations, which may be in 4:3 aspect so they are the height of Full HD, but not widescreen. From 2022 most new videos are available in 4K and videos dating back to 2019 are gradually being released in native 4K.

Studio: Filmed in the IFM studio where conditions are perfect for ladies to relax and indulge themselves, while multiple camera angles and sensitive microphones capture every detail. On the Search page you'll see a bunch of specialist categories, which you can use to filter your search and find the content you're most interested in. If you choose "Logical AND", it will filter on all selected tags at once. For example if you select Redheads, Curvy and Announcing, you will only find people who have all those tags. If you select "Logical OR", it will show you people who are Redheads, or curvy, or who announce their orgasm. Note that selected tags are logical "AND" with the selected Category, Attributes, Age, Nationality etc. If you're not finding what you're expecting, it's better to select "reset all fields" and start again.

Our secondary biller, CCBill, does not allow viewing of this kind of content. If you're interested in pee (and menstruation) themes, you need to join using our preferred biller, GMbill. The speed at which you can download is a combination of many factors. We have a Content Delivery Network with our data cached in various locations to serve all users, however such systems aren't perfect because network blockages can occurr anywhere between your computer and our nearest data location. These problems affect all web sites occasionally, are beyond the webmaster's control, and generally resolve themselves within a day or so. Large corporate networks like Youtube or Netflix, or Tube porn sites are less susceptible because they can afford massive networks so don't expect the same speeds from our network. We don't cut back on speed to save costs, we provide the fastest network possible for our company size.

You may find a Download Manager increases your speed, slightly. However it's against our Terms of Use to set one up to scan the site and download indiscriminently.

You can use a download manager of the type that requires you to enter links and queue them for download. They are also useful for picking up downloads that are cut off by a dropped connection. We can't offer support for download managers, you would need to seek that from the software vendor.

We allow fair use of the site. That means you can watch as many videos as you like, and download what you like to your computer. But if you're expecting to download the whole site or even a large part of it for the cost of a 1 month sub - forget it, your account will get frozen.

You are automatically enrolled in the Forum, but you need to log in separately from the main site, with the same username and password. If you find you can't enter the Forum please use the Help Form to let us know and we'll add you manually.
