IFM is easy to operate and the vast majority of users have no problems at all. The following is a summary of the Help related to difficulties some users experience the first time they use the site. If you are having problems, you will almost certainly fix it by reading the following. There is additional information on each topic elsewhere in the Help.

Use this to recover not only passwords, but also forgotten usernames, and to identify who is your Billing Provider so you can use the links below to maintain your account. You may need to check your Junk Mail folder for the email. You can also use this to change your password.

Cancelling rebills is done at the billing provider's website. Check your Welcome email, or your credit card statement for the name of your biller.
If you're a GMBill customer, you can cancel at www.gmbill.com If you're a SecureDataBill customer, your account has now been transferred to GMBill, so you can cancel at www.gmbill.com If you're a CCBill customer, you can cancel at www.ccbill.com The final step in the process of cancelling your rebills is to receive an email, confirming the cancel. If you don't receive this email, you may not have finished the process so you should check your junk mail folder, visit the billing company's page to check they have your correct email address, and if none of that works, submit a support ticket. You may change some of your account details by visiting the website of your billing Provider. Which details can be changed depends on the provider. To identify your provider, check your Welcome email, your credit card statement, or if you know your subscription ID number:

You can do this with the Lost Password tool above under 'Finding my login details or password'. It will email you a list of all accounts you've had at this site, including any expired accounts.
+ Reactivating an expired account
Your Username is reserved for you even after your account expires. If you have an expired account you can retain your Favourites and Preferences, as well as your Username, by ticking the 'returning customer' box on the Join page (it is on the first or second page). You will be asked to enter your old username and password. If you don't remember these, use the Lost Password tool (on the Login screen) to have them emailed to you.

The speed at which you can download is a combination of many factors. We have a Content Delivery Network with our data cached in various locations to serve all users, however such systems aren't perfect because network blockages can occurr anywhere between your computer and our nearest data location. These problems affect all web sites occasionally, are beyond the webmaster's control, and generally resolve themselves within a day or so. Large corporate networks like Youtube or Netflix, or Tube porn sites are less susceptible because they can afford massive networks so don't expect the same speeds from our network. We don't cut back on speed to save costs, we provide the fastest network possible for our company size.
You may find a Download Manager increases your speed, slightly. However it's against our Terms of Use to set one up to scan the site and download indiscriminently. + Are there download limits? Can I use a download manager?
You can use a download manager of the type that requires you to enter links and queue them for download. They are also useful for picking up downloads that are cut off by a dropped connection. We can't offer support for download managers, you would need to seek that from the software vendor.
What is disallowed is the use of spiders, crawlers or bots, that is, programs which crawl through the site looking for links to download. The obvious reason we don't allow this is because you will end up with 5 copies of each video and our servers would be unnecessarily overloaded. To prevent this, we have a cap of 10GB per day, which is enough to download many movies and is well within the terms of 'fair use' of the site. + Accessing the Forum
You are automatically enrolled in the Forum, but you need to log in separately from the main site, with the same username and password. If you find you can't enter the Forum please use the Help Form to let us know and we'll add you manually.

Please refer to our Terms of Use here. Under our Easy Cancel Guarantee, if you email us (by submitting a support ticket) within a few days of being rebilled and you haven't used your account, we can give you a refund.

Please use the Support form once you have been through the Help and are unable to find the solution there.
