Do you feel Wednesday is a downer ?? or is it just me ??

I think Wednesday, being known as "hump" day in my
neck of the woods, needs to be more interesting.

IMHO, I think there should be a bonus vid as well as
the weekly chat video.

Anyway, tomorrow is Wednesday, no download, nothing to
make me want to get up and get moving.

A beautiful friend of mine has the same name ie same spelling. She pronounces it "Sharvon". Having said that I don't know how Siobhan pronounces her name either. As for Wednesdays every day I don't get called out is a downer, but everything I get called out for is a downer too. So I guess I could say every day is a bitch. But I don't, so Wednesdays are cool by me.

My favorite part -- oh, I don't know, I would say my favorite part TODAY is hearing someone whose orgasms sound like my own, but my favorite part usually (of IFM) is hearing women talk about their lives and their sexuality and what makes them tick. So Wednesdays -- and I'm kind of slow in realizing that Wednesdays is when they come out -- are my favorite days. I always watch them right away, whereas sometimes it will be many days before I see the other submissions.

It's ALL wonderful. all of it. But I like Wednesdays.
Plus tomorrow I get to go strategize with my lawyer about my salary -- something I've never done before, as a typically self-employed person.

I have always pronounced it "Sha Vorn" . That is how it is normaly pronounced this side of the pond. (My biggest problem is in spelling it. I always have to look at it twice to make sure I got it right).

I LOVE Wednesday. Hump day just means that the mountain of the 5 day week has been climbed and won. I am in USA EST time. Hump day is tomorrow! I can't wait to kill it with all the imagination and art that it sucks so much for me to bring to work on Mon & Tue. Thursday is even better. It makes me cream about FRIDAY!!!

I'm not sure that "downer" is exactly the word, but I do agree with you. I do not look forward to Wed.s lucubrations all that much. One big problem for me, is that, being from the states, I sometimes have trouble with the accents. I LOVE the sound of the accents, but I find it hard to follow every word..especially when the lovely ladies talk fast. But, yes, I would love a bonus submission as well as Lucubrations on Wed. Methinks I may be getting too hung up on IFM!

I always find Irish words and phrases to be difficult to pronounce on sight without prior knowledge. As many may know, Irish Gaelic pronunciation has little obvious relationship (for an English speaker) to how it's spelled. I'm trying to remedy my ignorance by learning a little Gaelic, which several generations ago was my family's native tongue.

wednesdays are good for a couple reasons.
1. I often get to go to IFM office and talk to lovely ladies and eat delicious candies meant for models
2. its spaghetti bolognese night

beyond that wednesday is a milestone, a day for quiet reflection, getting your priorities straight and analyzing your bad choices. and humping

I meant it's an Irish (Gaeilge) language word which is why it's pronounced differently to how it looks to an non-Irish speaker.

Like so many of the people who immigrated to southern Appalachia in the 1830'-1850's, my ancestors are from Ireland and Scotland. Particularly as I know so many of their names and where they were from, it galls me that I've still not been to those countries. It would certainly be amazing to meet a native gaelic-speaker.

Was it really all the fault of the bloody English?
As for Wednesdays there are, on average, 93600 hours of Wednesdays in a person's life. Obviously we would all want more than that and some, no doubt, will get it. So meantime I would prefer not to fuss too much about whether or not it's a downer. It's just time to use as well as we can; hopefully as well as the other half million or so hours in a lifetime.
