How Much Porn Do You Have Stored On Your Computer?

I remarked to a friend earlier today that  I had about 30 gbs of porn/erotic videos stored on the hard drive of my PC (I've since checked and I have 24 gbs stored).  Said friend then called me a pervert and maintained that "normal" people only have about 8, possibly 12 gbs at most stored on their computers.

So ladies and gentlemen, the question is How much porn do you have stored on your computer?

So ladies and gentlemen, the question is How much porn do you have stored on your computer?

27 gbs, although much of it dates back to several years ago. Outside of BA, IFM, and AW, the only site I regularly save material from now is Homeclips. If I could fine the time, I reckon I could prune it down to 10 gbs quite easily.

Truth is it's a pretty fixed amount, but the content changes. As new good stuff comes in, old not-so-good stuff, or stuff I'm just bored with, goes out. It's like the IE cache.

Strawberry, however, is locked into the cache. :-) I just love watching big breasts wiggle. Sue me.

It's about 10gb today, or 20gb if you
include the backups so I don't lose anything

Prior to BA & IFM I used to have another 5gb
in images and approx 100gb of vids.
Loss of vision caused a panic cleanup of my
system and all the junk porn was scrapped.
I retained only METART images and what I
considered to be the best of BA & IFM.
In my hasty purge I did scrap some that I
now wish I hadn't, but "C'est la vie"

Ok, Now I'm embarrassed. I have 80 gigabytes stored on a outside portable hard drive. (Of course, its not all “female orgasm” related. A lot of it is Sci-Fi Horror nudity as well.)

The Homeclips vids are still variable in quality, but are much greater in number compared to say a year ago. There's still a lot of rubbish posted, but the occasional gem sees the light of day.

Currently I'm at about 2 and a half gig though I only have two 9gig hard drives so it's taking up a fair amount of space. I used to have a bunch of cd's with porn on them that a friend gave me but I've lost them. He had about 300gig of porn the last time I saw him.

The real question is, how did your friend develop this opinion and insight? In addition we need to understand their defination of normal. Was it done by survey or secret governemnt intrusion into all our hard drives?  Your friend probably read it in one of those indepth, well researched magizine articles so popular these days or one of those ten question wonderfully acurate self-analysis surveys.

I'll ask.  I assume that it is one of these statistical things.  (A) has 20gbs, (B) has none ergo average ammount of stored porn = 10 gbs.

As for my collection 90% of it is BA/IFM/AW submissions.  I do have quite a lot of stuff from other sites I have subscribed to in the past stored on data disc.  I am by nature a horder/collector with a bloody good download manager.  When I let my subscription to a site cease I would download all of the vids and put them on to disc. (I figure that I've paid for them so I might as well have them). I never actually watch any of it.

Right then.  I have just asked my friend (Well I say "friend".  He's really just this strange Swedish person I can't seem to shake off) and he has confessed that it was all a wind up.  I had mentioned how much porn I had on my PC and he decided to invent this mythical "norm" of 8 gbs just to get me going and I was too much of a mug to spot it.

It has been interesting to see how much stuff the rest of you have though.  Thanks.

well, when I read the question, I realized I didn't know, so plugged in the pocket drive where most of my files live, and kablow!!  ~50gB!! prob 95% is video, takes a lot of room, and prob 95% of that is from the stars in the Aussie constellation (that would be IFM, AW, ISM, GOW). the drive holds 120 gB so there hasn't been any pressure (yet!) to start dumping any.   

I saw a terabyte drive at a store not too long ago (NOT a portable!! - about half the size of a smallish desktop pc).

hhhmmm, a terabyte is only one pico-yottabyte (I kid you NOT! - that's what it is, although you can call it a nano-exabyte if you want to, and no puns on 'that's a yotta bytes!!), I'd better buy 100.  and today's 32-bit cpu's can address 4gB RAM, but a 64-bit can address 18 exa-bytes RAM. that's 18 BILLION 1-gB chips!!!! (US billion=10^9). woosh, I'm going to need a bigger memory card!!

I just had to install a new 160GB hard drive into my Network attached storage unit to copy mine to because my computers are getting too filled with them.  I will know for sure soon, but if I had to take a guess right now I would say around 60-80GB worth.
