1694-11, Non violent homosexual advance defence for murder

If you murder someone in Queensland Australia you can legally claim they made a non violent sexual advance to you as a defence for freaking murdering them!!!

If anyone at Feck or any member knows someone who lives in Queensland, can you email them the epetition link below, or if you live in Queensland can you please sign it in an effort to get this hideous nonsense off the the statute.

Sounds like the French "crime of passion defence",  don't know if they still have it or not. A lot of old laws worldwide need updating,

Wow, and I was under the impression that they had a much more liberal government than ours! (The U.S.) Though I'm sure that we have plenty of states that would absolutely LOVE to get such a barbaric bullshit law passed in the U.S.!
