Do aphrodisiac food & drinks exist, or is it just a myth ? I know that chocolate is supposed to be sexy and that brandy is supposed to make you randy.
Don't try to change others, change yourself :-))

Short answer: Yes they exist.
However, a lot of it is in your head, like anything else unmeasurable, so some of the things that have that aphrodisiac reputation are mainly placebo.
To make matters more confusing, the effect of any particular food/drink on your libido will be a highly personal matter, in that everybody's chemical makeup is different, and even your own personal chemical makeup can be different at different times in your life. Hormones and neurotransmitters can be at different levels at different times and will interact differently with the thing you consumed.
For example, in the past I have had a glass of iced tea or something after not having had caffeine for a long time, and it made me horny as heck. But iced tea and coffee do not normally have that effect on me.
So you really have to try it for yourself, (not that I am recommending anything in particular!) and observe the effects. If (based on your other post) you are trying to isolate something in your diet that is changing your libido, that's a very complicated subject but I'd focus on things that are known to have an adrenal affect like caffeine, sugar, etc.
