Posting this with a little trepedition because I know the IFM people are (quite rightly) protective of their contributors and proud of their work.
Here goes anyway: Once in a long while I see a contribution which could have been very erotic but which "misses" for me. I'll bet some of those contributions miss for other people too, but I don't know whether non-positive comments are welcome on the site - and if they are welcome, where it's best to send them with the least chance of hurting someone's feelings or making someone defensive and angry.
Any thoughts? or should the non-positives be kept to ourselves?

I'm in England and don't work on the videos so I'm not going to take any criticism personally. Just email me (from the link under my avatar) with what you have to say and if I can help you myself I will, but if I can't I'll refer your point to the IFM office, especially if you have some useful observations. Thanks.

Thanks blissed. It's not that I want help with anything - more that once in a while, there's a potentially good (enjoyable, erotic, whatever) submission which I think might have been better in some way. If I can make my opinion known to someone on the IFM staff without offending or hurting anyone, it might help to make an even more effective contribution "next time".
And yes, I do recognize that my own taste isn't the same as everyone's. and that IFM would like to encompass some differences in taste, as long as there's some dignity preserved.
I'll send you one short note within a day or so now -

Keep in mind that there are many videos which I also think could have been better in some way, so to the editors, but it's not like we have total control. The appropriate place would be the IFM general email form on the About page.

Thanks again. That's the place I'll use. - Bill

As long as (constructive) criticisms are on the technical aspects of a clip - ie the lighting, camera angles etc, I see no problem...BUT....speaking personally, the joy and wonder of IFM is the apparently total lack of premeditation in what we see, and how the contributors behave. It would be a very different site, and probably have a very diminished appeal (to me, anyway) if all the varied types of films and methods and uninhibited self-pleasure were in some way tailored to tick boxes.
If something doesn't play out the way I hoped, I tend to think "well, I'm sure it did for a lot of others" and see what the next update might be like. Playing with sex toys, for instance, isn't really my thing so quite a few of this week's contributions won't have been added to my favourites..but, the week before had some sensational clips which more than makes everything worthwhile. It's no bad thing to find a percentage of what's on IFM isn't for you.
But as I said, from a technical standpoint I would think any comments would be welcomed and valid.
