It was posers and pervs :) I don't really recognize the term politically correct it seems too much like a loaded term designed to turn inconsiderate people into victims. PC stands for polite and considerate and we're all free to decide who deserves our politeness and consideration.

3. No, but I don't think any amount would be enough. Surf the net (favourites: New York Review Of Books, Salon.com, Allmusic, Pitchfork, Youtube occassionally, IFM of course), fantasize (about music mostly, but also football, as in soccer, and movies; about writing a play - very frustrating; about finishing The House Of Mirth - very frustrating), catch up on downloaded TV shows (Mad Men, 30 Rock, Big Bang Theory etc.), opening up and fetishizing over delivered packages ordered off the net. Boring person. Oh. and masturbating.
4. Music. I do. I sing all day long, or hum tunes. Wake up with tunes. Wish I was a musician, though. A life misspent.
5. Bleeped out swearing words on sitcoms.
6. Don't remember dreams, really. Recurring: Airplane crashes (live near an airport), hospitals (live near a badly run government hospital), ex-girlfriend, not having studied for a test, my old high school building; and being mugged.

1. When you were small, what did you want to be when you "grew up"?

So many things, a teacher, an artist, a social worker, a prime minister, a lawyer, an academic. I am none of these things right now but I'm pretty happy with my job. I would like to be a few of these things one day though, especially prime minister.

2. Where's your dream destination?

This has changed recently. I use to have very lofty dream destinations, in which I would live and learn a different language. Now I have a far more modest one, where I feel safe and warm and wanted and where I don't feel like a jerk for only speaking one language.

3. Do you have enough spare time? If so, what do you like to do with that time?

I would make some more things, I would do another undergraduate degree, probably in the social sciences. Then I would do postgraduate study in fine arts and I would make things that do not have to speak to the rigidities of commercial success.

4. What makes you happy and do you have this thing in your life?

Productivity makes me happy and I have plenty of that. Making things makes me happy and I have some of that, would like more, see above. There are lots of things I want in my life that I think would make me happy but if I had them I would probably discover that I was mistaken.

5. Is there something stupid which never fails to make you laugh?

Absurdist humour and lolcats.

6. What is the last dream you had that you can remember?

Last night I dreamed that my grandfather shot my aunty and then blamed it on my younger brother who was a toddler at the time. It involved lot's of feelings of loss that I don't think were related to my aunties death. People always morph into other people in my dreams. Weird.

Well, I'll stick to the original question. I am a 3 foot long lizard (surprise). No, I do not sell insurance and am appalled at how my cousin has sold out.
I like sunbathing, eating insects, defending my territory from rivals, and passing along my genes every chance I get.
