I don't know about friends, but on Google Earth there is definitely something cool & unusual. First, GE is an excellent source of info on places.

Just a little something I picked up probably here--meanwhile if you check the airport (Schiphol) --the last runway, sort of off by itself, at the north end, you'll find something quite unique. Hopefully if we have friends there they weren't on that conveyance!
