Anyone else besides me like to point their toes skyward and are there any videos depicting this particular position?  I have seen a number of knees up and legs dangling.

No I just can't think of any video's with that position sorry, I'm in England and it's just me here, it's morning in Melbourne and no-one is in the office yet but when hey get there I expect someone might know a few video's to recommend for you or later on perhaps another member will post some.
