Actually I know what you mean tho, I think there are people who have never achieved orgasm and if you were  the 1st to help them achieve that it would be pretty amazing.

Now you mention that, it did happen to me one time long ago with a woman who did not think she could orgasm - but did.  She got pretty excited and that made me feel good. And she was no virgin.

It is a good site isn't it. This is the link that got me into TED it's a talk by brain Scientist Jill Bolte Taylor who observed her own brain functions including self awareness shutting down while having a massive stroke and her insights and conclusions.
