For the latter half of last year, I had the great fortune to spend alot of time backpacking around the world. The usual choice of accomodation for any sightseer on a shoestring is of course the hostel, and for those who have spent any amount of time in these fine examples of what you get is what you paid for, will note the complete lack of privacy. For those who are just sleeping there, a hostel is great. However because everyone who stays in a dorm has the same desires as (most) people, it can get quite noisy at 3am.
As part of my travels i spent 6 weeks in Europe, staying at hostels everynight, and I can't think of a single night when there was not someone in the room taking matters into there own hands...
Without going into to much detail, i found that there were more men doing it than women, but not by much and the girls usually lasted longer and had more orgasms in one "sitting". In fact there were a few times where i'm not sure the girl had any sleep 'cos she kept going all night!
Has anyone else experienced this?
PS: Just joined, great work on the site and thanks to all the fantastic contibutors!
PPS: To end on a somewhat poetic note arguably in line with the philosophy of this site, I overheard a young lady to her friend one morning "Over the last few hours, i've seen the world from my bed"

Welcome to the forum the man on the moon. I lived in a hostel in London for a few months, stayed in 2 in Paris and never heard anyone wanking, tho I was usually in 6 bed dorms and asleep by 3 am, either that or they were just too good at concealment. Ninja style wanking in hostel dorms is probly a skill you pick up after a while, I say probably, I wouldn't know myself of course :)

That is quite the observation! Can't say I've experienced it but I tend to always fall asleep from almost the moment my head hits the pillow. Also, I've not really had much of a backpacking experience to speak of. Well, any, really!
Er, anyway, welcome!

To any bisexual voyeuristic audiophiles it must be heaven, but honestly, i found that the nighttime noises got very annoying really quickly.

Sorry, I'll try and keep it down :)

Hmmm. While I was I was travelling in India we stayed at the Pink Floyd Hotel in Pushkar and whilst not a hostel, the rooms where in pretty close proximity to one another - the walls were rather thin too. You could hear everything, conversations, people snoring, people shagging and when one of the british girls next door went into her room by herself and moans starting coming through the walls I had a bit of a grin to myself
Turn on. Tune in. Drop out.
