Thanks for the tip. I'm thrilled to have discovered Margaux's contribution. I'm a great advocate of pelvic floor muscle exercise - actually I wrote a song designed to encourage women to do them .. more .. and in the blurb on the website I wrote 'Some women are even able to bring themselves to orgasm solely through doing the kegel'. Now I can say that I've actually seen it happen!
