You're not!  Following on from my introductory posting, last night I persuaded my wife to watch some of the IFM videos with me.  Despite our many years together, I had very little idea how she would react to them, but it went fine.  As we watched together, we cuddled gently and became aware of each other's reactions.  After the end of each video, we briefly compared notes on how we felt about it before moving onto the next one.  I wouldn't say that my wife caught fire at any point, but she was comfortable with what she saw and found something to enjoy about each video.

I was keen to bring out the fun aspect straight away, so I started my wife off with Kendall's "Kendallcise" videos which had her goggling and giggling in amazement at the exuberant playfulness on display.  We moved onto Liandra's "Singular" video which I think was the first time that my wife had observed another woman having visibly strong and real orgasms.  She eyed it somewhat clinically, observing the method and asking technical questions such as "How does she cope with all of the wetness?" and "How can she manage to keep going for so long while she's stuck on her back?", both of which I was unable to answer.

So, to conclude, we enjoyed watching some IFM videos as a couple and I think we'll try the same again soon.  They don't seem to unleash powerful feelings in my wife, but she agrees with me that there's a beauty and tastefulness to them which puts them firmly in the category of artistic erotica as opposed to trashy and false pornography.

I find IFM very comforting, well more relieving, while I'm in a long distance relationship with my boyfriend. I am in Denmark he's in the States. I wish I could see some of his reactions to some of my favorites and see which ones he reacts to best. Like polarchill, my partner is not into visual stuff so much - but sometimes has a look at the forums on here.  She's more of a 'glass of red wine and an evening on literotica' kinda girl.  We watch the vids together at times, but she's more looking for technique ideas than anything else.

I'd recommend that for hesitant members of a couple that some of the lucubrations are really good. The women are always personable, Gala does a great job of interviewing and the relaxed atmosphere and content provides a good deal of information in a convenient format to those that may be just short of taking the leap of watching with a partner. Another suggestion (which was successful for me) was to let my partner watch alone for a while until she was okay with me being present.
