Why can't i get any videos to play ?

So i joined, did all the right things, and i still can't get any video.  the free ones boot up no problem at all but now, as a member, i am getting nothing ? Can anyone give me some advice ?  Gratsi....

If you're getting the free videos, it doesn't sound like a normal download problem.  Is it asking for your username and password again when you click on a video?  As long as the site is accepting your password the videos should pop right up.

You might want to repost your question in the tech forum, just in case Richard hasn't noticed it yet.  (he's usually pretty observant, though)

I just did some experiments, and it might be your browser/ media format settings. If you are using Firefox you must have Quicktime and view the Quicktime format. The WMV won't work (something to do with being a secure site, I think.)  I logged on from Firefox and was able to view and go to download the free vids, but was unable to view the main vids. I have to use Internet Explorer to be able to view/ download the WMV vids, as I do not have quicktime pro, which would let you download the quicktime vids. In short, if you are using Firefox, change your media settings to Quicktime. Hope this helps!
