Time between shooting and posting

Yesterday saw the release of sparks an interview between Atlanta and Liandra. Given that in other threads it has been suggested that it is now over a year since Liandra left the site does this mean this shoot was done that long ago ?

Is this the norm for IFM shoots ? I can understand there being a period of time to cover editing, perhaps even a cooling off period for the model to change her mind etc but a year or more does seem to be an extraordinarily long period of time.

I could suppose that if the time delay is that long, it could have a bearing on the relevance of some of the comments made in the forums as well.

Please do not adjust your mind, there is a problem with reality

Re: Time between shooting and posting

Hey Michaelp, it all kind of depends. We had shot heaps of footage before IFM launched and we are still quite a way ahead. I generally capture shoots (well I did, that is all changing shortly) and the order in which I capture shoots depends on things like contributors enquiring as to when their shoot goes up (so obviously they are keen for it to go up so I get it up a bit quick), how many shoots they've done, if Richard or Gala or Cate ask for something, if I've seen it on Gala's t.v (which faces my desk) and I want it, if I helped shoot it and I'm excited about it, if I need it to fit in with the schedule etc. We even still have quite a lot of stuff that was shot even before the site launched still to go up.

Direct to hard drive shooting?  Lucky you.

Makes me wonder how much shinier my rig would be if I shot honeymoons instead of weddings.  tongue

ha ha, yeah I've shot weddings before (photo not video) and sometimes if the bride and groom were a bit hot I would spend a good part of the ceremony thinking about what kind of photos I could take if I were to come along on their honeymoon!
