Re: The question game

I'll answer that!! Actually I took the CD out of the box once and lost the bloody thing. At least it's really hard to lose the big box's, so you usually know where the software is when you need it.

Do you like Rabbits?

Re: The question game

Be nice to see. I'd like to see a settlement there. after a while it would be interesting to see how different people look living for years and aging in lower gravity.

I pretty much know a chimp could do my job at work :) tho I'm gonna try and keep that a secret. What animal could do your job?

Actually they never really seem to notice if I'm not there so the question doesn't really count :)

I think it's better to avoid obvious social disasters than go through with them, so what do you think, School re-unions, good or bad?

Re: The question game

School reunions good/fun, but only if you tell outlandish lies about yourself.

I imagine that's what I'll do anyway if I ever end up going to one, I skipped the 10-year.

Are you proud of anything you've accomplished in life? roll

OMG!! so do I, this is the machine I'm using now, it's just something about making things for myself that gives me a sense of pride I can't get doing anything else.

I couldn't tell you when my best year was because I'm righting my memiors (a tale of one man who's raised in grinding poverty and rises to be a self made billianaire property tycoon and independant financial advisor to the stars) and my publishers wouldn't like it, I'd be breaking my contract.

Do you think memiors are better if their fictional?

Re: The question game

Yes, I have this idea that one day I will get around to doing and it involves people writing me diaries - fictional or not or both and then I will leave them in random public places for random people to find or throw away (like trams or cafes).
Who would like to write me a diary, fictional or not or both?

Re: The question game

I'll write you a diary, fictional, not, or both, if you provide a photo-essay to work from. Kind of like the reverse of illustrating an existing written story with photographs or drawings. I'll illustrate your photographs (fictional, not, or both) with words (fictional, not, or both).

How would you illustrate this photograph with words (fictional, not, or both)?

I just joined ISM and I'm lovin it.... I love the variety, the real girls, the creativity, just everything. I am going through from the start, and I look forward to seeing some of the ladies from IFM there as well as I work my way through. Who knew there were so many redheads in Australia? big_smile

When I was 6 I was abducted by aliens and  a small device was implanted between my ears that was more powerful than any computer available, even today. I still have it.

I had it for a little while but then I put down somewhere and I can remember where I left it.

On public transport, have you ever taken a short journey, fallen asleep and woken up to find it's turned into a long one?

Re: The question game

Of a sort-- I fainted at Flinders street station once!  I awoke to find myself surrounded by strapping young policemen (...and some kind members of the public, but back to the strapping young coppers lol) fanning me and bringing cold drinks. I remember apologising profusely...so embarassed.

Have you ever written a letter to the editor?

Re: The question game

No, but I've written a letter to my Senator.

Very nice lady, she's currently running for President of the United States. I politely asked her to push for more US states to participate in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, if she refuses to submit the Kyoto Protocol to the US Congress for ratification when she becomes President. I got a very nice letter thanking me for taking an interest in environmental policy, and asking me if I would consider volunteering for her campaign. The letter said that she was still working on developing her "strategy for the environment". Not surprising, but I was encouraged that someone in her campaign took the time to read my letter, and respond to it.

She'll make a great President, go Hillary!

note: I'm a life-long New Yorker who isn't bothered in the least that she was born in Illinois (I've never heard a more ridiculous argument against her.)

Do you think Australia should develop a Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, since it refuses to ratify the Kyoto Protocol?

I don't *like* swimming in creeks and rivers, but I just had to run and jump into the creek out back to cool down knowing that Kesia is reading and posting on the forum!
