I talk about porn with everyone who is interested except my grandparents. Recently my dad (who goes on long motorbike rides) has even been on the lookout for cool locations which is something that is feeling less and less weird!

I try to talk about with my partner, but he's still very conservative and is blessed with the shackles of guilt that a Catholic upbringing embues in people, especially those born in the 50s and 60s. When I do talk to him about porn, it's just me doing the talking and he seems embarrassed. I'm sure he just thinks I'm just a bit too way out there sometimes! (This is in spite of his quite substantial collection of porn on his computer.)

So I talk to my sister, who is cool even though we have different tastes. And the rest of the time I have to content myself with conversations online through various forums such as this one!

I would love to be able to collect a circle of female friends in my real life who were not terrified of discussing sex or porn. Thank goodness for IFM.

Almost noone, almost never.

It pops up in conversation once in a while with certain friends, but always in a superficial manner and almost always for some kind of comedy value. There is one friend with whom I sometimes remark on the sad state of modern porn versus the hairy, meaty stuff from days of yore, and he agrees. To what end we do this, I don't know.

I told 2 people I'd just met on a train about IFM and that was the first time I'd had any sort of discussion of that kind off these forums. We all discuss quite a lot in this forum and have lots of thoughts that are well expressed. Do the topics discussed here spill out into your real life conversations in a way that they wouldn't before you came to the forum.

I just thought of someone else - a friend, who's originally a friend of my little brother. We somewhere, somehow, sometime developed the habit of talking dirty to each other on MSN, just for a laugh. Stuff like opening a conversation with, "Yeah, I'm so hard, I want your [soemthing something]...", so we're a bit more relaxed about saying we actually indulge in porn. I showed him a couple of clips from BA about a year back, and also directed him to IFM. I haven't talked to him in quite a while though, but he did compliment my ability to find high quality porn.

I am terrible. I talk about porn/sex/stripping with absolutely every one and any one. Mostly because I enjoy the topic, but on oocasion it's kinda like a test... if you can talk about porn without freaking out then you can be my friend, haha!
