It varies so much for me too, and is generally linked to whether I've been having a lot of sex with partners. On average, I would estimate 6-8 times a week, but definitely more if I haven't seen any of my partners that week.

Depends on what happens that week, and I live with my partner who works a physical job and shit hours, so on weekends its more about sex.

It changes constantly, and depends on many factors, but if it's the week before my period it's generally once or twice a day. But on a non pre-period horniness week I would say it's about once or twice a week? I'm a 36 year old female type person.

I’m a 64 year old male, and I think I masturbate about 3 times a week. I’m a retired USAF veteran and I’m very healthy for my age, both mind and body. But like the others have said, it depends on my energy level after the day, or whether I’m horny or not. I’m also a widower, so I’m a solo performer now anyways.

In the pandemic, living alone and locked down for most of the first year, I settled into a pattern of masturbating every night - either watching porn, listening to audio erotica, or on booty calls with a woman friend in a similar situation.
