Cyclone Gala

The storm has passed with minimal damage in its wake - one girl with a very red arse, a broken strap-on in the garbage, a laundry bag of sopping linen and a stack of tapes a mile tall to be labeled and sorted.  You can expect to be seeing a lot more of this charming lady soon and we hope she'll be back to wreak more of her mayhem.  Stay tuned!

You, Richard, have a way of typing that really leaves me shaking my head with a smile on my face.

Re: Cyclone Gala

A red arse that is very much appreciated (she put a lot of work into it) though now it's more yellow and purple and a lot of fun to poke

Re: Cyclone Gala

The pile of tapes to be labelled and sorted is less appreciated, but I still miss having her here. Cate showed her red arse to all of us (and all the traffic at the intersection) after dinner on Monday night. Thanks Cate, I hope the guy outside the 7-11 has recovered.

Re: Cyclone Gala

Cyclone Gala was super fun!! Just as we speak I'm capturing the event in which Cate obtained her red arse and I have to say this is going to be very special!! And because I'm so nice (actually mostly cause it's such a good video) it wont be to long before you peoples get to see it!!
Anyway I too second the motion for more Gala mayhem and as we speak I'm mounting a plan to inable Melbourne to steal her away from San Fransisco. I always love storms and Strip clubs are so much more fun with a Gala!

Re: Cyclone Gala

Strip clubs are masses of fun with Gala and Max and Arielle but I'll definatly support any attempts to kidnap her from California.

Blissed I don't know if you'll get any video of me poking my bruises but as Arielle has already attested to I'm currently showing my ass to anyone who asks.

Ah Cate, never short of surprises and always forthcoming with interesting facts. I learn so many things from Miss Cate, many of which are in some way terrifying.

Look forward to the vids! Out of serious curiosity, what would be involved if an educated, English-speaking American or Brit wanted to emigrate to Australia---or have an extended stay? Is anyone connected with IFM an expat Yank? (We know Liandra is originally English).

You mean Gala, or you?  We're currently looking into it but it seems easier to get into morris dancing than to get into Australia.

Personally I've long dreamt of living in a kinder, gentler English-speaking country, i.e. Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. But my wife is disabled and moving abroad isn't really practical for us. Gala however would be a great addition to IFM, and (I hope) she has no major barriers to living abroad if she wants to.

Re: Cyclone Gala

yeah, but can she Morris dance?  it seems to be a requirement for alien residency.

Mr Elfman, Sir, that would be Sir Arnold Bax, Sir.

And I swear I just knew that one. As google is my friend, er, witness. heh.

Re: Cyclone Gala

So lets get this straight. Richard has tried to join several troupes of Morris dancers and been turn down. I must admit, I had thought about it myself. It must be a good feeling striding around with pride with bells on your feet. Still, it's not the end of the world. Theres lots of other things to do in your spare time.

Thank's Siobhan. Why do I need Google when I have you?

OK confession time.  One of my best friends twenty years ago was a member of a Morris side.  (Morris troupes are known as "sides").  I played in their band on a couple of occassions.

I think he's trying to organize a troupe of Morris dancers for Gala's next appearence.

Well... there was nothing in my dark side that really interested me. I guess I just dont have what it takes to be a bad guy.
