It was not specifically pointed out, but...just by joining the lovely www.ifeelmyself.com website, you will be registered in the forums as well!
Just use your IFM username and password and you'll soon be able to chat with your compatriots.

At the moment, the forums can still be viewed by guests - so they can be read without logging in (although not posted to or responded to in any way). So hopefully if someone has confusion, they'll see this :)
