This is the place to put your piss takes, and or articles and or thoughts on this out of control 50 Shades thing that's going down at the moment. Because lol.
I'll get it started with this...

That first one is hilarious but I feel like if I'm going to appreciate the humour at some point I'm going to have to read those wretched books and or watch that wretched-looking movie.

Also like. Steve Buscemi is so much hotter than the guy who actually plays the Mr. Grey.

Saturday Night Live did a great parody of Fifty Shades of Grey. LOL

those were great Ed!
The dude who plays Grey in this film was in the T.V series 'The Fall', he's a serial killer and he's great in that. Definitely worth checking out.

NBC's Today Show Matt Lauer is usually "tight ass", smug and arrogant. Ellen DeGeneres gives him a good shot!

I never watched the series. I just finished watching House of Cards, Scandal, and Orange is the New Black on Netflix. Thanks for the tip. I will start watching the show tonight.

How much fun is Scandal? At first I was just watching for Kerry Washington and her beautiful necklaces but then I just couldn't look away! Also smart politics, which is also what The Fall has too. And this fantastic sex scene where Gillian Andersons character is totally boss and hot.
I really liked Orange too, but I tried House of Cards but didn't make it past the first episode, will give it another try though.

Hi Aven,
I like Scandal very much. Kerry Washington is great. Darby Stanchfield (Abby) is my favorite character - watching her face as she quickly figures things out, although conflicted sometimes. A close second place favorite is Guillermo Diaz (Huck). He has "been there" and "done that" and you really don't want to know how much or what he has done.
House of Cards starts off slow, but it will hook you. Kevin Spacey is ruthless as he plays Frank Underwood, and I love Robin Wright as Claire Underwood. Here is an interview with them and you see why Claire seems so "stoic".

(Robin was Forrest Gump's girl fiend in the movie of that name)
The L Word was a good series. Things I never knew...lol
Also, Orange is the New Black was shot in the Town of Orangetown, New York in a former Children's Psychiatric Center, about 5 miles from where I used to live. It was neat seeing the familiar roads.
I started watching The Fall last night and binge watched 3 episodes! Yes, Gillian Anderson was totally hot in her sex scene - clothed and in total control. Hrmmmmph! There are some scenes that could keep one awake at night! Thanks for the recommendation.

MisterEd is right, the L Word is hot! I watched the whole thing when I was about 14 and discovered that I am bisexual. Unfortunately I sold the DVDS one day, otherwise I would have started with it again
Generally I'm not a series junky but 'the sopranos' was totally worth my money. I don't know if anyone here knows it, but if you like the deep stuff you should definitely watch it! Sooo great!!

Netflix carries several seasons. Worth a second look. I missed a lot the first time through.

Has anyone read the book "what purpose did I serve in your life" by Marie Calloway? Interesting memoirish look at a sex worker/English student.
