I stumbled upon these, and found them to be a weird sort of cousin of IFM and particularly Beautiful Agony (with which they share a camera angle). Videos of women going under general anesthesia. I agree with you, Viva, that there's something erotic, though it's a very strange eroticism. It's why I thought of here when I saw them - ultimately, there's a focus on the way in which the mind is ultimately subject to the body, and on watching someone lose control of their mind to their body.

I find that I can only really get a good edging session going while high, actually. The slight fuzziness makes it that little bit easier to hold back. Plus there's something else fun to do while I give myself a few seconds break. So there gets to be a really powerful cycle of just getting higher and harder, switching back and forth.
