Oh wow, that does look pretty scary, I'll have to watch it out of work hours. My first thought when seeing the tentacle go into her vagina (as when I see food go into a vagina) was "yeast infection". But maybe I'll get over that if I watch the video. I think the Hokusai painting and fantastical images like the one AmyDiamond posted are more appealing to me.

I used to think that drawing tentacles as a substitute for penises originated as a way to get around censorship laws. The wiki article shows that it began before that, but it has no explanation as to why. Cool drawing btw.
