New Titles

Been busy teaching myself how to animate stills in AE and making new titles for IFM. Most of these are probably going to be scrapped but here are some pretty stills worth looking at! Parallaxes baby. Kinda. Getting there. Not yet mastered.

WLV these are all composite images. In the first set the face is an image by Richard (it's actually Kesia) taken with a 5D and I think a standard L series 24-105 lens. There's some 5D footage of fireworks in there and some stills from the firework footage. Lots of images actually. Layers. I can't animate for shit but I can layer like it's nobodies business.

The others are all composites of images I've taken with a 5D, usually with the same standard lens but I can never remember. The stars come from Nasa. I love Nasa.  http://instagram.com/nasa#

I wanted the stars to puff into the sky from the chimney as the moon rises, like smoke stacks but unfortunately at the moment my imagination exceeds my animation skills!

I love NASA's valentine's day satellite hearts! The universe is full of shapes I can interpret any way I want and that is so reassuring!
