Can anybody help me ?

Hi, everyone, i´d like to ask you a favor.

English, it´s not my first language, so, i would like to know the full lyrics of one song, that it´s made for a movie, that´s the reason, that, there is no information about it on the net.

I want to ask, if somedody can transcribe the lyrics, of that song, it´s not too long, about 2 minutes.

Oh I tried, but it's actually quite difficult to understand!

The first two lines are

we are light and we're free and we dont care where we'll be this time next year
it's a long road ahead and we might run out of bread
c'est la vie!

After that I couldn't figure!

I'm not 100% certain I've got it all correct but I think it's pretty close.
