I don't care for her that much but I thought Julia Gillards statement in the Ausy house was a good up yours moment against sexism. Women are 50% of the vote,  Logically sexism has to be a vote loser, though elections have to be about a range of reasonable choices, they're not really a referendum on sexism.  So for those who aren't sexist who want to vote for the opposition, I hope it results in the opposition finding a new leader who isnt sexist.

Thanks for posting this, I meant to yesterday but didn't have the time. I've been told that her politics aren't all savory but that speech was a hum-dinger, eh!
