I know I said I wouldn't, but this is a test link to my eye diary

The webspace is in position, the webpage is coming

Just testing a link to an updated eye diary at
a new website which will be constructed soon
using proper code, links, indexes, etc.

Double click the link to open the full diary
(24 pages in 12 point font),
or right click and click "Save Target As" to
your own hard drive.

The document is in MSWord format, and will
open using the basic Windows editor, Wordpad,
as well.
Document contains NO MACROS and is virus free.

This is the new link

The full diary contains much more info than is in any  thread posted so far and will be re-uploaded every time I make a change or addition.

Well, as I am privy to the full text anyway, I don't really need the link, but since you've created this thread, I just want to thank you for sharing it with me. You're a generous, courageous and admirable human being (sycophantic as this may sound, this is intended for Ashmedi, not Max smile).

Your a kind, beautiful and warm person and this place would  be nothing but an empty shell if you weren't here smile

That was directed at max. and while we're on the subject Burlesque can I publicly apologise for the email i sent you when you returned. I was waaaaaaaayyyy!!! to emotional and I didn't know what I was saying OK, If I was to do any of those things I mentioned, I'd be locked up instantly, so lets just leave it at that and forget that I ever said anything

Ashmedi,

I meant to say earlier that I have downloaded your diary and will read it in depth asap, it looks absolutely fascinating - my only wish is that none of it were necessary for you mate!

I think that the ever eloquent Burlesque summed up, what are also my own feelings towards you, far better than I ever could myself - so I won't even try to add to that!

Be well my friend

Burlesque was good enough to read and critique 2 copies and he found errors or ommisions.

If you find something wrong, missing, or confusing, feel free to mention it to me.

The bit that dealt with my friends in conjunction with flamethrowers was a little rude. You could have just said "Go away, you nauseating little man", you know.

Ashmedi's diary is interesting reading and should be read by anyone who thinks they may or may not be having trouble with their eyes, as it can work as an effective Early Warning System from someone who's been there.

The link in the opening post now downloads
the most current one with yesterdays status.

Hopefully I will have a basic website by next
week so that new info can be seen without
pulling down the whole file again.

Good evening Ashmedi, hope you are well,

Sorry I've not had any time to post for the last day or so - been a little preoccupied with other things. (Ongoing physiotherapy, family matters etc. etc.). Unfortunately, also meant I had to put reading your diary "on the back burner" for the time being sad

Hopefully, things will calm back down over the weekend and I will be able to give reading your diary the attention it so obviously deserves smile  (I've just DL the up to date version now!)

Will get back to you asap.

Be good smile

JF

Good evening or night JF

Sorry to hear you have ailments, wish you well in the physiotherapy.

I have noticed from time to time other things in my life seem to take precedence as well.

Part of the website is done I think, I have decided to do two, one formatted for the vision impaired, and a parallel version with standard formatting for people who can still see.

Still trying to have it in place by next Thursday.

Have a good weekend and take it easy.
