Announcing

Interesting how people announce that they are approaching orgasm. Judging by your contributors, the old-fashioned 'I'm coming' (or even just 'yes') seems to be giving way increasingly to the more forceful and ?less romantic 'Oh fuck' and such like. I wonder whether the French 'oui' or 'je jouis' are suffering a similar eclipse (in favour of what?). And can anyone enlighten me as to how other languages deal with the 'problem'?

Very possibly - but don't forget that, while explicit confirmation may be technically unnecessary, it may still be part of the excitement. Sex is far more fun when it goes beyond the essentials!
