Difficult to stop people from doing something that a) feels good, b) is better shared,  c) has a powerful biological urge attached to it, and d) is entirely un-policeable anyway - (especially as detrimental side effects are easily avoidable).. smart government.  It also shows the limits of brainwashing. In the end, people only really do what they want to do. Hmm, food for thought, for sure.
