haha! art it is..the lighting, bedsheet colour and angles are perfect.. very peaceful.
Now that got me thinking about something that has been in my mind for a time - the bedsheets! As far as I can see, every video in the studio room has new bedsheets on the bed. All beautifully chosen to go with the lighting and the contributor's skin tone. It's beautifully done! But can it really be new sheets every time? Or am I imagining it? And what happens to the once-used sheets? Or do the contributors bring their own?

This was one of the things I was most curious about when IFM first started, I used to think the same thing - that they brought stuff from home - which is a very cute idea but also very impractical.
Truth is, we have a very large shelving system and an equally large laundry bill. You may notice that we have some specific ideas about colour, and also that we have done away altogether with things like dolphin prints. You know, you outgrow those things. We're much more mature now.

I had written that but then for some reason I thought it went without saying. But actually, maybe not.
Also, I wanted to tell you all this a long time ago, but I used to make the IFM bed, and I have some amazing techniques for making it look loved-in every time, without loving in it. Some of them are complexly gymnastic.

Ah yes, I never believed the sheets weren't fresh, they just look brand new every time, not just newly laundered. It something to do with the way they ruffle and usually have those creases. So it seems that's your brilliant sheet technique, Gala. Thank you.
I'd die to have a sheet collection like yours (if I had room to keep it, and an employee to manage it). Just think, fresh sheets for every bed visit!

Ah the wrinkles. Now you've uncovered one of IFM's trade secrets I expect our days are numbered.

Don't worry, Richard, I promise not to tell.
