What is offensive about walking about naked

Nobody is hurt, if a man has an erection are they worried he's gonna poke somebody's eye out? :) can't see where the offense comes in by exposing a small amount of skin that would normally be covered by boxers or a bikini.

I prefer the creativity and expression of clothes wearing and it makes any moments of public nudity special and exiting and I rather like nudity to be sexual rather than mundane, but prosecuting someone with a criminal offense by classing it as indecent exposure for just being naked is nuts and it looks like the Police in London agree with me too. I thought it would be nice to place a link to a video of Billy Connelly running naked around traffalgar square for comic relief but it's not available anywhere. Anyway, if you wanna get your kit off come to London.
