George Carlin dies

It's a real shame, everything I’ve seen him do was good and thoughtful too. Much respect to him. I expect he’s up there now smiling down on us :)

Re: George Carlin dies

RIP George.  sad

He was one of the all time best. I first saw him in the early 70's at the Okeefe Center in Toronto when he debuted his "Seven Words you can't say on TV"

He was priceless, he will be missed.

Re: George Carlin dies

He is one of the strongest foundations of my sense of humour.  My dad got me into him when I was quite young - maybe 10 or 11 - and I've seen him twice and nearly vomited each time.  For good reasons, not bad.

No one sounds better when they say 'cunt'.  Bye George!

Re: George Carlin dies

I had a friend who owned a copy Class Clown on vinyl. We practically wore that record out on sleepovers.

One of my favs on that record is when he talked about how "Tits" should be a nickname. "Hey toots, meet tits. Tits, toots, toots, tits" lol

I'll really miss him.
