well literotica is my go-to, the sheer numbers of entries there mean that ultimately you will find something worth wanking over, but it's a major sift and the tumbling of unappetizing words can leave me cold before I even start to rev up. The categories never quite please me - I have to choose between nonconsent, incest, bdsm, first time, mind control and fetish to even get somewhere near what I'm looking for - oh my, have I said too much?

Also it seems that stories are always in a gajillion parts, also the whole website is clunky, but hey, it's there and literotica portals through to many different old alt.such and so text repositories.

Which brings us to Alt.Sex.Stories, which I find hotter than literotica because there are no categories so I am less in control of what kind of filth I'm about to encounter. I quite like the collections that are there. You can actually find some excellent quality writing.. but you need to dig.

Then when I really dream of feeling a touch of interaction and I can't stomach the yahoo chatroom boys and bots, I sometimes head over to reddit to try to get it going on. One time I started an exchange with a guy over at /r/dirtypenpals but he was kind of lame, oh well. I wanted to write him juicy hot stories for him to wank over when he opened his computer, with some pics, I hoped he would do the same, but I think in some weird way he wanted an emotional companion... I just wanted to get off.

I haven't had great success finding good wank atmosphere and material on reddit, but you might want to try /r/sexystories,/r/EroticLiterature, and /r/gonewildstories.

And let me know how you go. And please don't be shy to let me know if you find a good author or a decent story, it's a mess out there in erotic lit land.

Oooh yes that's true! If you spend half a day writing then there comes a point where your body really must act and the journey to orgasm seems extra specially good, so does the orgasm.

Are there any stories where the protagonist has a penis and is written in the the 1st person saying how they feel when they're touched and where and by whom There are lots of stories written by and about women that way. 

I know it's probably a bit of a sexy story telling cliche but I find writing in the present tense sexier too.

At this point there is little hope for me in following the six-parter. Maybe I'll just have to write my own stories. Wank-typing ratio seems tricky... and slippery.

It is interesting that we seek relationships in the most seemingly barren places-- like the internet (...?... Or maybe it is quite the opposite). It is a whole other world on this here interwebs.

This story of yours speaks to me, Viva. Because this is one of the first times personally using a forum since my gaming days, communicating via words here is somewhat strange. Mainly because it is with people I've never met in person. For someone very much inside their head I could see this environment as fertile ground for growing their projections. This might be especially easy because one can easily create an image with words, and also easily slip over specific details in anothers, in favour of personal desire.

Blissed I am not sure, personally, that anything other than first person would be appropriate for a sexy story. It seems more like you are not there if it is the past. We want to be there! I don't know if someone "whose neck was sucked" really engages me in the same way as someone "sucking their neck." It is a really mechanical example, but it almost feels awkward for me to write something like that in the past because it is a creation of my mind that I want happening in the moment, and I want it to happen again when someone reads those words... blah, blah, blah.... I could continue ranting...

Yes, fertile - I don't see the internet as barren, not at all! But I am a reader and where there are words, there is loam, thick grassy mud for me to work my mental toes into. Well, now that I think about it what really separates second person from first. Because it is really hard to connect the person doing to the person being addressed without using the first. So does this mean that the piece is referred to as second person, or both? Would a "second person" piece of writing stay constantly in that mode?

I substantially aroused writing my own stories. Of course it involves a variety of personal likes and dislikes. I'll take a look at /r/dirty penpals , or another. I've often thougth it would be nice to exchange stories with another prolific (female )writer. no no please do not stretch your vocab muscle when it comes to naming the good parts. The 4 letter words are fine, beyond fine, they trigger our sense of taboo and dirty hot wet sex. Cock, cunt, dick, fuck, pussy, tits, come, ass - these are great words. The real problem with erotica starts when people try to get creative and say embarrassing things like 'rod of desire' and 'dewy alter of roses'. At that point I don't even know what you're talking about, much less find it arousing.

Stay simple and our eyes just glide over and take it, dicks and cunts floating around in our brain and trickling down our spine to rest in our laps and keep us hooked on your every word. Those words are not the point of the story, they're incidental to what you're telling.. see above, quiet girls with dirty blond hair, the force of imagination, the details - what's happening to that dick, what color is the zipper it strains against, what's the precise angle of her thighs, does he feel her breath on his neck, do her tights rub against her pubic hair, did she moan out loud in the library and he heard her? These are the things that get us hot, not elaborate alternatives for words we already associate with sex...

That is fertile Viva. It reminds me of The Matrix or somesuch (not being the biggest sci-fi reader) themed world. Of course that really is how our world seems to work with less glamorous gadgets. (Sci-fi film tagent: eXistenZ. Anyone?)

I have never tried the cyber sex aspect of the internet. But it seems in some ways more appealing than trite stories, or at least looking through many to find a good one. There is something to be said for a search. Why not make stories with the words of a couple people interacting textually?

No they don't always end the thread I think immortality is only achievable if you can ride the wave of exponential progress and stay on it and be around to reprogram your DNA to lengthen your telemeres. and convert your cells into immortal cells like sperm. I would be fascinated with the possibility to design the way we look on a computer. Download the new DNA into a carrier virus, inject it and then slowly change at the same pace we would heal a cut or graze with major changes taking several years.

There is a group of nice folks at www.forbiddenfiction.com publishing erotic fiction of all stripes; I have to give them a shout out because they've published one of my stories and are publishing another soon. Well everything depends on tastes, so there's no workaround doing a lot of searching to find the best thing for you. Given, I am very picky when it comes to erotica and i find many things a turn-off instead of "not-turn-on". (so good to be on Ifeelmyself finally...)

All in all it is important to find an author who has similar tastes.

On Literotica i searched mostly for audio stories. I'm very sensitive to audio, and hearing a person struggling to tell a cohesive story through the spasms of the approaching orgasm is a very big turn-on for me. Still most of the audio submissions either try to hard or for some other reasons I don't like them. But I fell in love with misssecretuk's submissions (ah lovely british accents).

I have also read some good written stories but they are like 1% of all stories.

In my biggest times of frustration, becouse i'm an amateur musician and work with audio programs, I tried to cut the best parts of audio files I found into a long subtle moan-ambient track working on it was pretty arousing in itself (the conflict between serious work and wild arousal being a serious kink of mine...) which is part of the reason i haven't finished it (yet)

As for strictly literary stuff I have a thing for surreal... which is a very unusual kink, and really hard to find... or actually i haven't found it yet at all! (most sci-fi, nerdy things are just clichés). Being an aesthete i find it also hard to read stuff that are badly written (just as I have problems with badly produced porn, which is like 99% of it). I like it when artistry meets arousal. So I began writing my own story, focusing on triggering just my own strange turn-ons and not thinking if anybody will like it or not. If i finish it i'll submit it somewhere. I'm not a native english speaker though so it's not that easy.

The biggest problem for me with erotica is that BDSM, objectification, non-consent etc. stuff seems to be a big part of the Internet and that types of kinks mostly leave me cold or make me vomit.
