• Constantly receiving the reCaptcha challenge: Disconnecting your VPN and switching off private (incognito) browsing may help. Google provides the reCaptcha challenge to keep hackers out, and with AI now being used to defeat the challenge, Google is making them harder.
• Your login isn't accepted:: Just reset your password, by entering your email on the log screen. You'll receive an email with a list of any account you've opened under that email address. If your username isn't in the list, try your other email addresses.
• If you have just joined, and your login isn't accepted: try the password reset. If your email isn't recognised, it's likely the transaction hasn't completed. Check your bank statement, though sometimes the charge appears for a while, then disappears.

If you've tried these things and you are still having problems, open a Support Ticket. You'll find it in the main menu, but make sure you select the correct reason for your enquiry.

Still can't find your Account?

Have you tried all your email addresses? If nothing shows up, the most common reason is an incorrect email address was entered when the account was created. Submit a Support Ticket and we'll help you locate your account.

Reactivating an old account

If you've had an account before, why not reactivate that one? Your list of Favourites will still be there, and you keep the same username, which is handy when you chat in the Forum. You just need to know your username and password. If you don't remember those, use the tool above to recover them.

If you have changed usernames, you may request for us to transfer your Favourites list. Just open a Support Ticket and tell us your old, and new, usernames.

Clicking the links will attempt to stream the video. Depending on your connection speed, it might buffer, freeze or not play at all, because these links are not designed for streaming. There is no point trying to stream a 4K video on a portable device - use the SD or HD link. But clicking the image instead of the links will stream in HLS mode and you should get good quality with no issues.
