Use the Download links to save the video: right-click (on Mac, option-click) on the size you want and "save link as".
Clicking the links will attempt to stream the video. Depending on your connection speed, it might buffer, freeze or not play at all, because these links are not designed for streaming. There is no point trying to stream a 4K video on a portable device - use the SD or HD link. But clicking the image instead of the links will stream in HLS mode and you should get good quality with no issues.

4K: 3840x2160 px
HD: 1920x1080 px
SD: 854 x 480 px (640x480 for 4:3 aspect videos pre-2009).
Videos can be enlarged to full screen using the "box" icon on the video player.
