I can't see who it is but it will be from 2006-2008 most likely so if you go through the videos from that period in News or Thumbnail mode, you'll find it.

Indeed, it looked like it was from the pre-HD era and in the Home Made category. I tried looking with that criteria in mind and I couldn't find any thumbnails that matched what I saw. It's possible this video just isn't an IFM video, johnnojohn.

Brigitta Up Close shows same color green hose, and #1 shows same pose as in screen shot (but reverse orientation) at about 6:50
