Hey guys, does anyone have any good podcast recommendations?

This week I've been making my way through 'The Heart', a podcast about "the things you feel, but you don’t know how to name. A radio show about the triumphs and the terrors of intimacy, the bliss and banality of being in love, and the wild diversity of the human heart."

If you want to check it out, a good place to start is this 15 minute episode called 'First'. It's a story about a girl who has a crush on her roommate, and where that leads. It has lots of sweet, sexy whispering, sounds of sheets rustling, excited breaths and kissing, so if you are an audiophile or very excited by sounds you will really enjoy that (especially with good headphones on). I also found it a very realistic description of the girl-girl crush experience. I also really love Being Honest With My Ex! I find Peter and SJ so adorable. I'm not very far in even though I started listening to it a while ago but I find their open deconstruction of their past and current relationship oddly comforting. It's something about the level of intimacy of the conversations that I almost feel is exclusive to a situation where two people knew each other better than anyone else in the world, became strangers and then close again. It's a difficult feeling for me to convey!

That is a bit of a difficult question in a semi-anonymous forum! Knowing two or three podcasts that someone downloads gives you a lot of information to identify them.

Science for the People and Quirks and Quarks are two good podcasts on pop science.

Another great podcast I just discovered is The Allusionist. Perefect for anyone interested in the interesting stories behind words in the English language, how they came to be and how they're used now.

I've only listened to this lil bonus episode but I love them! it's just two women talking about lyfe, seems like at least one is a comedian - lots of girl power, self esteem, hashtags. check it out:
