Older Videos Not Working

Hello, I tried viewing Karmen’s older/lo-fi videos to no avail. Am I doing something wrong? “Tortured,” “Tortured reissue,” and “Retail Therapy,” for example, all refuse to load/play.

It's impossible for us to know why they aren't playing, based on having no detailed information at all.

Thank you for your speedy reply.
All I can say is that several IFM girls' early videos do not play "on demand" (an error message appears (with a blank player screen with a web address to the video's "home," I am guessing)) and while they successfully download to be saved, the saved file will not play with any available player; and I have a 2-year-old PC with W10. This originally was happening on my iPhone and iPad, but I wrote it off as an idiosyncrasy with those devices, but many older videos are inaccessible even with my PC. I don't know what else to say. Thanks.

Can you give specific examples?  Not just the name of the video, but the full name of the downloaded file.

I cannot open/save/view any video from 2009 and older that does not have a "V" file included in the three quality options.

Jazmin's video from 2007 ( in the raw) is not working as well.

None of the Standard Def videos (pre 2009) are currently working, but we'll have them up again soon.
