According this illuminating little gem of an article.
In fact, psychologist and life coach "Dr. Cliff Arnall" [quotes mine] goes so far as to state that he... "would expect a masturbation policy to result in more focus, less aggression, higher productivity, and more smiling."
More smiling! *laugh while crying emoji*
they didn't need a fancy life coach doctor ... they could have just asked me or laney

Is that for men or women or both?

haha I think both. this article was kind of response to an article which was written in response (pant pant) to the company Hot Octopuss which launched a "GuyFi" wank booth in NYC last year. Women got mad about that - why do only men get a private wank booth, huh?
I like this quote from the end of the article I linked -
"... another woman who said she masturbated as an “act of rebellion” issued a word of caution. 'Not because of morals or propriety or whatever, but because masturbation isn’t something you want to do hastily at the same place you hate going to every day'."
Wise words - erotic associations are so easily formed, aren't they. Because of an inadvertent editing request send to my phone at just the perfect moment, I'm now turned on by academic thesis bindings.
